Cancellation policy

TurFresh Subscribe and Save, how it works

Our Subscribe and Save plan (also called the TurfCare Refill Plan) delivers your TurFresh products automatically so your turf never goes without treatment. When you choose the subscription option on a product page, you get 10% off that product on every order, and a new order is created and shipped to you every 30 days.

Billing

By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided at checkout, automatically, every 30 days, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the product's then current price, minus your 10% subscription discount, plus any applicable shipping and taxes. You will receive an order confirmation email each time a renewal order is placed.

Managing your subscription

You are in full control. Log in to your account on this store to skip a delivery, pause your plan, change your delivery frequency, swap products or scents, update your shipping address or payment method, or cancel. Changes take effect on your next renewal as long as they are made before the renewal is processed.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. Cancelling stops all future renewals. An order that has already been processed or shipped is not affected by cancellation and is handled under our Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused until your payment method is updated.

Changes to pricing or terms

If we change subscription pricing or these terms, we will notify you by email before your next renewal so you can make changes or cancel first.
